Modi made 27 OBC ministers and did not implement OBC reservation in All India quota of NEET. OBC quota not given in admission to National Law School (see admission notification). The posts of OBC were left vacant in the Central University. No OBC was placed in the board of bank-PSU, upper caste officers were filled by lateral entry. The OBCs did not even get rattles.
