Delhi : The bomb exploded outside the Israeli Embassy in central Delhi on Friday evening. The intensity of the bomb blast in delhi was very low. Security forces cordoned off the world where no casualties were reported. A special team has been called to research the blast and have reported that they found a sealed wallet at the spot. The senior government official has given some important information about the wallet and further investigation is on.
The team who came to research found a locked wallet at the spot. The wallet contained text about a politician within the Israeli Embassy. "The locked wallet contains a text about a politician working within the Israeli Embassy. The team is investigating whether the locked wallet and therefore the contents of the bomb were connected to the blast. But the locked wallet was taken from the scene, the senior government official told ANI.
The blast happened but two kilometers from Vijay Chowk. The blast happened while the army's 'Beating Retreat' was being held at Vijay Chowk, which was attended by President Ram Nath Kovind, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other senior members. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said that the govt has taken serious note of the incident. Home Minister Amit Shah is additionally monitoring the incident.
"I have spoken to Israeli secretary of state Gabi Ashkenazi about the blast outside the Israeli Embassy in Delhi. the govt has taken serious note of the blast and has provided full security to the staff and delegation members of the Israeli Embassy. "The case is under investigation and no charges are going to be made against the culprits," asserted S. Jaishankar.
More information about the blast is that the iED-like explosives were wrapped in plastic bags and placed on the footpath. The explosion shattered the glass of 4 to 5 parked cars within the area. Upon hearing about the bomb, a special team of police rushed to the spot. the hearth brigade vehicles rushed to the spot.
